Arrival Information

Don't worry if you arrive before the check in time of 14:00. We usually have the rooms ready earlier and we can speed things up for you on arrival. You can simply wait at our bar area indoors or outdoors and enjoy a nibble or refreshment.
Don’t worry if you are arriving later. But make sure you send us your valid photographic ID (passport or driving license) over to us prior to by 17:00, ideally the day before your arrival.
This information would help us to make your stay perfect. For example, if you depart early, we'll be happy to help you with booking a taxi.
Please note reception opens at 09:00 am, therefore if you are planning to leave earlier, please drop your room keys inside of the Red Box next to the reception's door.
Late check out is available until 1pm. Check out is 11am and then we charge €15 for every extra hour until 1pm.

Confirmation


It is understood upon issuing confirmation that the guest agrees we will be entitled to make a pre-arrival pre-authorisation*

Booking confirmation e-mail will be sent only after the establishment receiving complete and valid details. If you wish to change your details please let us know 7 days before your arrival. You can contact us via WhatsApp +34603245355 or via email info@lacasanovaadeje.com. We will endeavour to do everything we can to help guest with special requirements. Please ensure we are made aware in writing of any special and specific requirements prior, or at time of booking so we can help you select and allocate the most suitable room for your needs. Although we will do every effort to meet any reasonable request, there is no guarantee of this being met. La Casa Nova accepts no liability for people who arrive before receipt of this Confirmation Email.

* A pre-authorisation is not a charge. It is a temporary hold of a specific amount of the available balance on a credit/debit card. Typically, when pre-authorisation is released, the amount should reach your bank account within 7 to 14 working days, depending on your credit card company and/or bank.

Restrictions


In order to ensure our guests enjoy a stay free from disturbance, please note we do not accept social gatherings. Social gatherings, meaning any type of parties or such events as hen or stag parties.

We operate a No Smoking policy.

Security Deposit


We hold restrictions for reservations whose main guest are under 18 years old. This is to avoid parties taking place in any of our rooms and to stop anti-social behaviour as it directly affects one of our main stakeholders, the residents. We reserve the right to evaluate the case and make a decision. If your case is accepted you will be required to pay a deposit for an amount up to £500. The deposit can be paid in cash or credit/debit card. For card transactions, the refund might take up to 14 days depending on your bank.

Changes, Extensions and Cancellations


All requests for changes, extensions and cancellations prior the guest’s arrival must be made in writing, or you will be liable to pay us the full amount of the booking and will be subject to an administration fee of £50 plus the full price of your booking. All changes of date are subject to availability. Free cancellations will only be accepted 7 days prior to your check-in date.

Check-in


Check-in starts at 14:00 until 18:00.

Photographic ID of main guest is essential for check in (Passport, Driving License or EU Citizen Cards). Keys to access the room will only be provided after check-in and full payment for the booking. You may request a late check-in. This request will only be processed if Reception is properly informed within opening hours (9am – 5pm). All our rooms offer on street free private parking.
We accept any Visa card, any Master card, and International Maestro only.
We do not accept American Express cards and cheque payments. Please note that we do not store credit card details.

All information provided by us is given in good faith and is based on information you can find available at the time of your booking and duration of your stay. All reasonable measures have been taken to ensure the accuracy of any statement made either in writing or otherwise, but we are not liable for any variation however cause. Please take in consideration that the images displayed online might not identically correspond to the room you will be allocated in, they are examples for publicity purposes and are a limited selection of our product.
